iMentor builds mentoring relationships that empower students under-resourced communities to graduate high school, succeed in college, and achieve their ambitions. iMentor partners with high schools and community-based organizations so that every student in a class or cohort receives individualized support in the college application process.
Since inception, iMentor has leveraged technology to build and support its program. Initially, email was the innovation that allowed students and their mentors to communicate with one another. Now, the organization has bespoke software solution to engage pairs, deliver program curriculum, prompts and messages, as well as assess program impact analytics.
